We offer personalized 60-minute online consultation calls focusing on PCOS, PCOD, and weight management.
The consultation will be conducted digitally via video conferencing tools (such as Zoom or Google Meet) or via Phone Call.
The time slot selected by you during the booking process will be strictly adhered to. Please ensure you join the call on time.
4. Pricing and Payments
To secure your consultation slot, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Pricing Transparency: The exact fee for our consultation services is explicitly displayed on our website and checkout page prior to making the payment.
Payment Gateway: We use Razorpay, a secure and compliant third-party payment gateway, to process all transactions. By proceeding with the payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of Razorpay as well.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any price modifications will not affect bookings that have already been successfully paid for.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our refund and cancellation rules are governed by a separate policy. We offer a strict 2-day (48-hour) refund window, subject to certain conditions. Please refer to our detailed Cancellation & Refund Policy page for complete information before making a payment.

By booking a consultation with us, you agree to:

Maintain respectful and professional conduct during the call. We reserve the right to terminate the consultation immediately without a refund if a client exhibits abusive or inappropriate behavior.
