At Nutritionist Misha, we strive to provide the best possible experience and highest quality of guidance for your PCOS, PCOD, and weight loss journey. We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to alter your plans. To ensure transparency and build trust with our clients, we have formulated a detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before booking your 60-minute consultation call. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms laid out below.

1. Our 2-Day (48 Hours) Refund Policy

We offer a straightforward 2-day (48-hour) refund window for our consultation services. If you change your mind or are unable to proceed with the consultation, you are eligible for a full refund provided that your request meets the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be initiated within 48 hours (2 days) of the original transaction/booking time.

  • The scheduled consultation call must not have already taken place. If the service has already been rendered, the payment becomes strictly non-refundable, regardless of the 48-hour window.

Note: If you book a consultation slot that is within 48 hours of your booking time, you waive your right to a refund once the call is successfully completed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 2-day period, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email directly to misha@nutritionistmisha.co from your registered email address.

  • Include your Full Name, Phone Number, Date of Payment, and the reason for cancellation.

  • Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24 to 48 business hours.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and approved by our team:

  • The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking used via Razorpay).

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account or card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you do so as early as possible out of respect for our experts’ time and other clients who might need that slot.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of booking: Eligible for a full refund as per the policy above.

  • Cancellations after 48 hours of booking: If you cancel your booking after the initial 2-day window has passed, the payment becomes non-refundable. However, you will still have the option to reschedule your call (see section 5).

5. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that emergencies occur. If you are unable to attend your scheduled call but do not wish to cancel entirely, you can reschedule your appointment:

  • You must inform us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time to request a reschedule.

  • You can reschedule your call up to a maximum of two (2) times without any additional charges.

  • To reschedule, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp.

6. No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” occurs when a client misses their scheduled consultation call without any prior intimation.

  • If you fail to join the call at the scheduled time and do not inform us beforehand, your appointment will be marked as a No-Show.

  • No-Shows are strictly non-refundable, and a new booking will require a fresh payment. We highly recommend setting a reminder for your life-changing healing call.
